AI Sales Recovery System

Every online store loses sales when customers add products to their cart but leave without buying. Most stores just ignore this and move on. I built a system that doesn't let that happen.

This system watches when a customer leaves without buying. It then automatically sends them a reminder message on WhatsApp, Email, or SMS at the right time. The first message goes out 2 hours later, the second after 24 hours, and the third after 3 days. Each message is written by AI specifically for that customer based on what they left in their cart. No copy-paste messages. No generic templates. When the customer finally buys, all messages stop automatically.

Project Research

Before building this, I studied why customers leave without buying and what brings them back. The answer was simple: most stores send the same message to everyone. That doesn't work.

So I built something smarter. The system looks at who the customer is, are they a new visitor, a returning buyer, or someone who hasn't shopped in a while? Based on that, it offers a different discount. New customers get 10% off. Loyal customers get 15%. Customers who haven't shopped in 30+ days get 20%. This way, the store doesn't lose money by giving big discounts to everyone.

Project Results

After this system was set up, the store started recovering 22% more sales from people who had left without buying. WhatsApp messages got opened by 68 out of every 100 customers who received them. The AI-written messages worked 3 times better than the old copy-paste ones the store was using before.

On top of that, after someone bought something, the system automatically suggested a related product 48 hours later. This brought in an extra 12% revenue from customers the store already had. Everything runs on its own, no manual work needed.
